Once you receive your purchase confirmation, our shipping takes 5 working days (excluding weekends). The anticipated delivery date may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and want to arrange for an exchange, contact us via email at info@rhelegant.com or through our chat system. You can return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Your replacement item will be shipped once the original goods have been collected.

We do not have a refund or exchange policy. However, we provide a hassle-free return policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

The standard delivery fee is 200 rupees. Shipping is free for orders over Rs. 2500.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders incur delivery fees.

We offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) service across Pakistan. We also accept payments through Jazz Cash and online bank transfers.
